Reporting to the Procurement Director in the Supply Chain Department

Main duties include:

Define the process to be handled by our client for Manpower Services Companies

Send job descriptions to the Manpower Services Companies and internal Human Resources for internal posting

Screening and selection of candidates based on profiles provided by the Manpower Services Companies

Provide candidate with the basic information about the position, the project, the company and request in return all information needed for the initial contract, work schedule, work regime and location

Ensure alignment between the job description prepared by the project and the profiles provided by the Manpower Services Companies.

Handle all communications with Manpower Services Companies and related candidates during the screening process until the approval by the Project and PO placement

Schedule interviews with candidates by following the selection process

Maintain candidate database which may be used by our client for other projects

Proactively participate with the Procurement Manager in the research and evaluate new sourcing and propose ideas and methods to create innovative sourcing strategies

Responsible for the contractual relation with the Manpower Services Companies up to the contract completion

Responsible for updating and managing the KPIs to meet the requirements of the Project mobilization plan
